This project is a solid stone home built out of Gosford stone. On the outside rock face Gosford stone was used in a random bond. Then on the inside it is all smooth face Gosford stone. Every wall is stone even the partitioning walls. Gosford stone is a beautiful stone full of rich colors and strong grains throughout.

Built on top of the hills in Drysdale it has some amazing views of Corio Bay.
