Yarraville Place Restorations Underway
Restorations are well and truly underway at Yarraville Place. Started last August, we have been restoring the bluestone walls of this old lumber mill soon to be estate in the heart of Yarraville.
Our job is to ensure the heritage-listed blue stone walls that outline the estate and were used in World War II are in prime condition for the new development.
Now that the sandblasting of the graffiti is complete we are now removing the stones that have fallen and been dislodged. The bluestone is shaping up to return to its former self.
The ‘fabric of the past will be weaved through the foundations’ of this new contemporary lifestyle hub. The restored site will feature 98 townhouses developed by I-D Land and architects Rothelowman.
Our very own WMA Scaffolding is providing the scaffolding for this job.
